Missing NANO POINTS

Every time I log out I seem to lose nano points, I loged out last night with 700 and loged in today and have 300, is this suppose to happen,? does this happen to anyone else??

Ok, i know but this is a huge problem, the Nano suit is a huge part of the game and if you can upgrade it hurts a lot,
