Barney Rook: Kill the Mirelurks - Dead on the upper floor of his house.

Kent Connolly: Silver Shroud - Rescued him from Milton Hospital ....and .... gone (along with my armour upgrade).

Bobbi No Nose: Goodneighbor - I told her to run ....... and she did.

Arlen Glass: The Slog - Went to get some Giddyup Buttercups but he'd ridden into the sunset.

Holly: The Slog - Never even seen her.

Calvin: Vault 81 - Apparently he buys tools but I've never seen him.

Drinking Buddy: Technically not missing but not where he should be either - sent him to Hotel Rexford but he won't leave The Shamrock.

Dr Sun: Diamond City Market - I want a face lift but he won't leave his house.
