Missing pip boy menu

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 8:05 pm

It started after I ran the courser mission and I was wearing powered armor. The left arm was destroyed.
When I exited the armor, muy action points were missing. Then when I tried to open pip boy all I saw was the bottom Menu, no map our inventory list or special.
I tried reloading and fighting again but I could not avoid getting arm destroyed.
I have power cycled my xbox, saved and reloaded, changed pov, and emptied all my items into a chest all to no avail.

Something is amiss.

Please advise.

just restart your game, and it will fix it. sure beth is aware and will attempt repair in a patch.

Reload and fight without the armour so it cant get destroyed?

If the fight is to hard to do without the armour maybe come back later?

I had a similar issue where my pip boy screen would not come up. I became over encumbered and it wouldnt even let me open up the menu. The only solution was reloading a previous save

Not sure if this will help with the XBox issue, but I've had a similar issue on PC a few times. The solution that worked for me was to run around in third-person for a bit (a couple or three real-time minutes) and then cycle back into first-person. Everything went back to normal after that (until the next time it happened). Hope it's helpful.

I have never had this problem but when I use workshop too much I cant get into my PipBoy. what I do, is i go to sleep for at least 12 hours, if that doesnt work, i just restart Fallout, not my xbox.
