I'm getting an error message stating something to the effect of "Missing plugin for RefStuff detected, please verify it is located at [path], yadda, yadda". After a google search I see this is related to OBSE... I have the latest OBSE(v20) installed. I went to the the offical website (the silverlock one) and I don't see any mention of a 'RefStuff' plug-in. I've searched on TEXNexus, and all I see are other mods that have refstuff packaged into them and are not modular. Anyone know where I can get this RefStuff thing by itself?
