Hey all

In Sanctuary it says that I have 7 settlers. I'm able to find the siblings and Mama but I'm unable to find anyone else. Only npc's I have running around are those three, the Minuteman guy, my dog, the robot and my provisioner who I sent out to Abernathy. I'm unable to find the rest.

Does your companions count as Settlers in your Settlement screen?

Also on a side note: How would I turn the Red Robot Garage (near Sanctuary) into a Industrial Mege warehouse? As I have read that someone did that pretty successfully. But, I have no idea how.
