Am I missing something?

Every single multiplayer game that I've been in has been laggy/choppy LOOKS LIKE ****/PLAYS LIKE **** and its frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this or is my internet just f***** up? Any suggestions as to get a better connection from a wired connection?

Everybody is having the same issue. It's just that a lot of people have looked past the godawful framerate and lag and still been able to enjoy the game. To me this game is very close to unplayable bad. I respect what they tried to do, but right now the game is a fail. If they could improve the framerate it would be a spectacular game. Right now it is horrendous.

The only way for you to get the best out of your connection currently is for you to put your ps3 into DMZ or port forward the game, if your internet is running through a router anyway. It may not improve it vastly seem it's mostly the matchmaking that seems to be the problem. But it may help you find some more games that will be closer to you.

I'm wondering if you guys have the ports open. I know it was listed in the manual but I'm not sure if that might be the end of all the lagging.

I've had no trouble with lag or framerate issues. The only trouble is that matches disconnect, and Crysis 2 made my PS3 reset it's self.
