Missing trigger volume

Post » Fri Feb 14, 2014 3:21 am

I've searched the forums as best as I could, but I cannot find an answer for the life of me and I've exhausted all of my own solutions. If there's a topic that covers this I would gladly thank you for a link.

Background: I've created a trigger volume (defaultBlankTrigger) and placed it inside a cell. I've checked the box Player Activation and I've attached a script with an onActivate event.

Problem: The trigger volume does not appear when the game is run. There is no activator for the player to activate at the location that I've placed the trigger voume.

Solutions I've attempted: Making it bigger. Rotating it a little on every axis. Creating a new game and loading the cell from the exterior. Creating a save file after loading the cell from the exterior and loading that save file.

If anybody can help I would be very appreciative.

You can't activate them in a visual sense. You don't see the volume because it has no 3D model, like 90% of the activators in the game. It's there don't worry. You use triggers to activate something else by passing through it.
