Today I did 2 mines, gutted mine and collapsed mine.

Gutted mine only contains one zone but is nicely designed, would recommend.

Good luck with that!

You probably already know that some of them are only accessible during specific quests and some Daedric dungeons have high level requirements to start a quest.

Oh, that is great fun! I have the same list you do and just checked it. We avoid quest-related dungeons if not on the quest and goblin tribal dungeons (future RP stuff). Before entering an uncleared dungeon, Buffy checks with me to see if it meets those 'avoid' criteria. Just checked our list and, within Cyrodiil, there are five 'eligible' dungeons still for Buffy to clear. It hasn't really been a quest for us; she is just a curious elf with 2200 hours game play. We spend tons of time clearing many of the same dungeons over and over; it just never gets old!

Good luck and enjoy!

Are you gonna fast-travel this, or take things more slowly? If the second answer is true, wow, that is an undertaking. You might be at this project for years.

I've been exploring Cyrodiil for about 4 and a half years (on and off) I doubt I've discovered half of those locations. Especially caves and mines. The entrance to those can be hidden in so many places.

I never fast travel. I feel it's such a waste, because you don't get to see all the hard work the developers put into the environment, and yes, It will take me a long, long time lol.

Edit: in case you weren't sure, I am not just casually doing dungeons as I come across them, I am specifically just doing dungeon after dungeon until I get them all.

You better, or it will just take too long! :P

Or maybe not. I imagine I′ll still play Oblivion in just as many years in the future as I have in the past :teehee:

Mirocu, you of all people should know that there is no such a thing as "too long" when playing an Elder Scrolls game! :)

Back in the supremely OCD days ( I am only mildly OCD in games these days now :D ) I did this on one character. I recorded every dungeon, cave, hollow, ruin, etc. I had different categories for everything, and next to each place, I listed the enemies that I found.

In the end, it was nearly seven! front and back pages, list after list after list. There are so many friggin places in this game. Good luck! I had a great time doing it, at the time.

My thief, did the same, except for he did it with every house and home and castle inside every city wall. I of course, lost the notes for the thief, cuz if it's important, rest assured, I will misplace it. This info would be most valuable now.

I don't do that anymore. Now, when I clear a dungeon, I put three arrows in the door, or in the ground near the entrance, to let my fellow knights that we've taken care of another town threat.

It will be an awesome journey! When you get done though, yer gonna have to start over... all those places will be re-populated! :twirl:

Didn't get anything done yesterday, but today I did Fort Ash, which was ok... and I did both Cracked Wood Cave and Timberscar Hollow, which was a very cool quest with a hansom reward

Edit: yes they got rid of the hearts on the forums!

I'm glad those stupid hearts are gone. Yuck. :yuck:

Congrats on your three new lair-plunders. :foodndrink: I think I might cut & paste your OP blahs, and use it for my own checklist. I'm about to start one or 2 more OB characters.

How are you tracking this? I can't tell if I've been to an area before or not. I will generally find an area first, then clear it out later, but then I lose track.

Simplest method is to print out a list, and just check them off when done. There are map mods that allow you to make entries directly on the map.

Forgot to mention, my computer is broken so I am playing on Xbox 360 atm. Basically, as soon as I find a location, I dive it, no matter what. That way if It's already on my map, I know I have cleared it.

I didn't use a check list, but my first character cleared 362 places according to her accomplishments menu, including those in SI and KotN. Good luck!
