As far as i know a modder aint allowed to charge you for mods created with the creation kit,now if you like the modder's work i quess you can leave a donation(which ive only done once)...i just came from dying light's steam forum and somebody was on there begging the devs not to allow modders to charge for there mods like beth did...well i told him he doesnt know what hes talking about...well i hope im right cuz i already left my reply to him...
