To whom it may concern,

i did an In-App purchase for a Mister Handy Droid. After it appeared in Front of my Vault i sent him to the first floor, but then decided to send him to the Wasteland. After having pulled him there he left the regular way outside the left screen corner. But when i go on the list of vault inhabitants he is disappeared. Neither restarting the Tablet nor restarting the game did help.

Your email support is a joke and just sending standardized replies. I paid real money for that content so i hope you get this problem solved soon or refund me my money. Sorry if i'm angry but this email "support" really drove mad.

Mr Handy isn't in the list of "inhabitants". If you click somewhere on the wasteland, you can see your exploring Mr Handy and his progress.

Or, alternatively:

-Click the vault icon

-Tap any dweller that's exploring/returning

-in the top right there will be a ">" icon to cycle through the dwellers. Yes it's very finicky. Yes I hate it too.

-Mr Handy will be in there....
