The joke from my signature after 54 translations ends up as:

"As classical music can be divided in two by cheek and offenbatsh, and clothing."

"I want a hotdog, with extra ketchup but no mustard."

Becomes

"Sausage, mustard and stability."

And "I was born on the battlefield, conflict and victory were my parents."

becomes

"Can I use the birth father."

That sounds like some kind of modern communist slogan.

"Footlong"
"incist."

"Don't touch my footlong..."
"Contact us ... Bark"

"Don't touch my footlong."
"Welcome to bridge"

Notice the difference.

Google translator often translated the name of J-Pop starlet Erina Mano as 'Mano Eri vegetables'.

I was playing around a bit with that Bad Translator page. Interestingly the Monty Python phrase 'My hovercraft is full of eels' remains basically unaltered on the 10x and 25x translation settings, but on the maxed 54x setting it comes up as "Traveled faster than all of my eel"...

"There are things better left unsaid. Therefore, shut the hell up."

After 54 translations:

"Restoring the best time to monitor Carefully."

"We saw that you like translations so we put translation in your translation so you can translate what you translate!"

After 54 translations:

"My problem is confirmed in the U.S.. It. Divider."

"you guys are making me giggle like an idiot in a crowd of people at school. happy?"
10-->"The school has a rich idiot in the crowd. ?Feliz?"
25-->"The school is a rich country like idiot. ?Feliz;"
54-->"Happy silent schools in a wealthy country;"

The first two actually apply pretty well.

A completely logical hypothesis would be the ones which are linguistically the furthest away from English, because machine translators work the worse the more different the two languages are.

One of my favourite quotes:
"At, or around this time, Spud, Sick Boy and I made a healthy, informed, democratic decision to get back on heroin as soon as possible."
Became:
"Hot Potato decided, and health problems in children, and to show to democracy."
