I think that news site should have checked where that picture originally came from before they decided to use it for their news article....

That some fools are not capable of making their own graphic. However as they are lawless in the shoot at contact make al-queda pretty hard to sue for break of copyright :)

What I think?

Well, the fact that many medias took attention to this because of the FBI involvement on this might have proven beneficial to Fallout 3's sales on release. :D
The concept artist must not have believed it when he read the news. I congratulate him for doing such an amazing and realistic concept art that it got the FBI and news media confused at first. :P

I thought this image was actually used by a terrorist group? Or something. Then the article writer would've just taken that picture without realizing it was FO3 concept art.

As a creative, I rub my hands with glee when someone uses one of my images without permission. Go kick ass Bethesda!!!

I'm almost certain this a violation of copyright.

What a bunch of idiots, to put it bluntly. Always telling half truths about things they report on. Does kind of make me think about how we all still live in a sort of "Duck N' Cover" era ourselves, though. We're just a different generation.

It's over two years old.

And I'm fairly certain Bethesda Softworks vs. Al Qaeda would be rather one-sided. Al Qaeda's weapons aren't virtual.

Well this along with other signs of repetitiveness prove that new vegas on the horizon is coming at a great time, mostly because of the fact that people are running out of things to talk about in general chat here. lol yeah I remember when this first hit, about hmm... 2 years ago?
