Morrowind Comes Alive is still showing that it needs TR_Map1.esm and TR_Map2.esm, even after adding the patch. I'm going to try again , though. Or do I need a new set of rules?

also, when I go to http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox I get a cookie mismatch in every browser.

Are you referring to "MCA - TR Addon.esp"? I believe we still need to update that rule for TR Sacred East. We'll try to address it in the next release of the rules.

I don't know what "cookie mismatch" means, and there's probably nothing I can do about it as that server is run by google. I don't get any errors on that page. I'd suggest checking your cookie settings, allow cookies from google.com if not already doing so, delete old cookies, check to see if you have any browser extensions that interfere with cookies, and so on.

If you use these three mod components, the load order should be like this:

NPC LCV Schedules 03.esp

NPC LCV Locks.esp

LCV Wolverine Hall 01.esp

The default load order moves at least one door (the one nearest to the Divine Intervention marker) halfway down into the floor.
