MMM causing CTD, only in one cell transition.

I honestly couldn't believe it myself, it took a horrendously long time to figure out as I had not suspected MMM until MMM was the only mod left to suspect! It was hard to disable the MMM.esm cause so many of the FCOM plug-ins rely on it, but as soon as I did. Woila! No more CTD.

The first Oblivion gate I enter (the Kvatch gate) I go into one of the buildings, I clear out the cave, and clear out the main spire type building. When I go to exit, all is well and I enter the cave and get to the door to go back "outside" in the Oblivion realm so I activate the door and it crashes every time during the loading screen. It gets to the end, and CTD, each and every time.. I took a lot of my free-time to solve this issue (I get a bit OCD when I get CTD's and I have to figure out the cause or revert to my "CTD free Oblivion folder" which I have backed up on my spare 1TB drive) and I did the painstaking process of disabling mods, and also uninstalling some through OBMM. Anyways, it was a bit easier this time around cause I disabled every mod I had in Wrye Bash except for the .esm's and I STILL got the CTD at this damned door. So I ironed it down to Mart's Monster Mod.esm as the CTD-causing file. Needless to say I was quite surprised.

Keep in mind, I have only had ONE crash with over 250+ mods.. and I believe the crash was related to installing a buggy mod which I removed and since then this is the first crash I have had in over 40+ hours of gameplay. I was extremely careful when installing the mods and tested each one for stability before adding another etc. I also went ahead and replaced my current Oblivion folder with my "CTD free folder" which has never failed me, ever it has always been 100% stable no matter how long I play.

I know this might not be believable, and the fact that I have not once had a CTD on my current Oblivion install no matter where I go or how long I play and the fact that I am now getting a CTD at this one cell transition is a bit puzzling. I am unable to do continue with my game as I am stuck in this rotten Oblivion cave. I knew I should never have went to the Oblivion realms, I put it off till level 10 I guess I should have never gone :D .

I am desperate for help, I am going through Oblivion withdrawal :P . Any help would me much appreciated.

EDIT: I apologize! I was writing this with a hasty, tired brain. The culprit appears to be Harvest Flora. With that disabled I am able to exit the cell and load into the Oblivion planes just fine. Also very unbelievable however, as Harvest Flora hasn't been upgraded in two years. I would still like to find out what had caused this if at all possible, I can reproduce it each and every time but only at this loading screen mentioned.

Are you using Harvest Flora 3.0.1 or 3.0? I believe the one that comes with OOO is 3.0, not 3.0.1. 3.0.1 fixes a bug with haradda plants causing crashes in oblivion realms.

Hmm.... you may be on to something. I don't think I upgraded from the OOO/FCOM version, and for this I thank you!
