I agree with you Ddraiggoch, however it seems most people here are just stereotyping anyone who can't get the mod to work as a idiot, which is wrong.
Anyway I think I will look UV up again and try to install it now that I have been reminded of it now...
This may very well be a slight issue. An example: When I install Realistic Fatigue the owner of the Inn of Ill Omen gets set to 0.9/1 Fatigue. It's clearly a mod conflict, as the mod should not be affecting him in this way, however disabling the mod restores him to normal. I've read the readme and did my own troubleshoot. The author was polite and helpful. Just because I can't get the mod to work flawlessly doesn't mean I didn't read the documentation or try to resolve it myself. I'd hope that everybody else understands that some of us do try to resolve the problems ourselves, and usually rereading the readme does just that when we find something we missed the first time. Asking for help for a buggy install doesn't necessarily mean you didn't read the readme, all it means is you missed that particular piece of information. Some readme files will not display properly. The All Natural weather plugin, for example, appears as one giant block of unspaced, unparagraphed text. I'd go so far as to say it's virtually impossible to read it, on my computer at least, without missing lines and therefore potentially large chunks of important information. Coincidentally, I cannot get the scripted weather to work, and cannot be bothered to read that readme because of the state it is in, so I don't use the mod. Doesn't make me lazy, doesn't make me stupid, all it means is the readme is formatted strangely and a major eye strain to read. Thank you for bringing up this point.

How is it people get offended when they get killed by this mod? It's freaking hilarious! How thin is your skin if you get a pop-up message in Oblivion that says "You didn't read the manual, so.... DEAD!"
Maybe they play with that mod that permanently kills your character when you die. Can't load previous saves, etc. That'd be hilarious.
