If one or the other is active they are fine but the moment I activate both of them my crossbows wont fire and the PC and all NPCs just swing them like weapons...is this just me?
I know this is a crazy necro but please bear with me, but I was trying to find any similar information before posting a new thread on this myself.
Same problem - been trying to narrow it down and it seems TDoD and DP don't like each other. For example equipping a spell in each hand - the right hand will not cast.
Does anyone else use these two mods together successfully? A shame if you can't, I guess I'll have to ditch TDoD if that's the case.
I believe that the right hand spell thing is caused by a different mod, or if DoD is loaded after duke Patricks...cant remember right now.
regarding crossbows its an animation record conflict. I tried to contact the Author of DoD on this but he has not replied.
Anyhow here is the Message I sent him. Deleting the record will make them work together but I have no idea of the consequence of deleting that record.

Hi
Sorry to bother you with pm. But I really need your insight on something.
As you might know your mod and duke patricks combat mod (DPCM) are incompatible when it comes to crossbows.
Both NPC and PC are unable to use them.
I have poked around in Tes5Edit and have found that the conflict is this animation record (as defined by Tes5edit) when DoD is loaded before DPCM:
KillMoveFrontSideRoot00PlayerImmunity (xx0033C2)
Deleting this entry will make crossbows usable again when DoD and dukes patricks combat mod is loaded.
My question is how will removing the above mentioned entry affect DoD?
When DoD is loaded after DPCM you have to delete the additional animation record:
AttackRightH2H (00870D6)
This entry is overidden by DPCM anyway...

Hmm, I had DoD loaded before dukes (loaded last after bashed patch) and still had the spell issue - pretty sure nothing else in my list affecting this.
