People's stupidity amazes me. Did you ever think to go into google and type 'oblivion mod to delete spells'?

Edit2: I followed the hint of undeaddragon and I founded there are many mods that seem to make you able to remove the spells from your spell list, but I'm not able to choose , because there are many that seems unworking if you install Shivering isles, unworking if you don't have that or this tool and so on. So question: from the all I founded this seems the best:

Well this one does not delete the spells but it allows you to "store" them in the wizards spell book. You can do that by clicking on the spell you want stored, then press and hold the D button and click on the spell again. This should store the spell in the Wizard Spell book. If for instance you want the spells back for enchanting purposes then you can do that as well. (Down side is though that afterwards you have to store the spells you do not use again.)

It works perfectly for me, so i rather use this one to keep a tidy spell list. Maybe it is useful to you as well.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the book lies in the Archmages room(Which i think is not the right place.) so if you want it right away then open the console and type...
