Looking for a playable children mod.

I thought I saw something like Children of Oblivion somewhere, but Im not sure...

This might've already been asked here (if it has, I apologize. I didn't check), but there is a mod that exists that makes the Oblivion Crisis seem more like an actual crisis. Instead of you being the only one entering into the Oblivion Gates, it included Imperial Legionnaries, private adventurers, etc.

I cannot, however, remember the name of this mod, or where to download it. If anyone could help me out here, I'd be much obliged.

I'm currently looking for more travellers for my roads. I'm especially interested in more guards and bandits. So far I'm using:

Crowded Roads Revisited (To tell you the truth, I'm not sure whether this is some sort of newer version of Crowded Roads or something new, since there are couple CR mods on TesNexus)

I would like some links to good,one-handed Blunt Weapons-I've not been able to find many at all through searches on TesNexus/ect-feels like I have to be missing some awesome mods..because I've found very little.

Also-I agree,someone should make a mod that puts your arrows on your hip/waist!

I'm looking for a list of hotkey mods. I can't use expanded hotkey and spell delete because it conflicts with other mods, Hov's hotkeys don't seem to work right for me either.

Thanks,was only able to find afew of those through my searches..found what i wanted.

Also,are there any good mods for putting books on shelves? I've had afew house mods that had auto-filling book shelves..and they were always very buggy-I just find putting books on shelves to be a pain,but really hate looking at empty shelves!

Gotta be some mod that actually works. :/
