Looking for a mod that gives weapon/armor merchants access to the higher tier weapons. I have a full Orc Armor set except for the Helmet, so I'd like to buy it from a merchant, but none have it!

I'm really annoyed at how Magic was implemented in Oblivion. Tried both LAME and Supreme Magicka, am sticking with Supreme Magicka as I like it more. However, I now want a mod that provides a new formula to calculate how much Magicka I have. Maybe have it based on level as well as my skill in each of the magic schools, but right now I'm running around as an Imperial Paladin (Combat spec) and I have 110 Magicka, so I cast two buffs and I'm out. Seems retarded...

I found one that recalculated, but it went the other way: it gave me 2k Magicka, and that felt like cheating. I want something that is more sensible, so I can cast six or seven spells as a warrior-who-dabbles-in-magic before running out of Magicka.

EDIT: Almost forgot! I'm also not liking so much the way Recharging items are handled in the game. Is there a mod that provides a new way to charge items, perhaps by buying pre-filled soul gems from a merchant to carry with you? Obviously it would have to be pretty expensive, but it's that or going back to town every 15 minutes to pay for a recharge. I found a mod that let's you buy a spell that recharges your weapons, but it's a one time fee and so I'd feel like I was getting off TOO easy... and then there's one that auto recharges at midnight... one that gives you an unlimited Varla stone... I want to have to pay for these things so I'm not insanely OP with these charged weapons, but Soul Gems are a pita, so I really want to get around that.

Better yet, is there a way to make it so enchanted weapons have no recharge, BUT their powers are diminished? Ie. instead of 20 frost dmg /hit and 75 charges, 2 frost dmg /hit and no charges.

I once had a mod that made it possible to craft armour from hides (like leather armour) and arrows from bones and such. Don't suppose anyone happens to know which mod this was?

What I've done so far:
Taken the apprentice level spell and added a scripted effect on target to it. Depending on what your target is, the spell will have different effects:

I'm trying to find mod I used to use back in the day that added NPC's travelling around the world and cites etc. It made the cities and towns look much more alive.

EDIT: So that Gem Enchantment mod is PERFECT, but now I need another mod. I've enchanted my sword with 2pts of Fire Damage, so every time I hit an enemy, they get covered in fire. Every time. This is already getting old, and I've only played with it for five minutes. Any way to stop this effect from showing?

Can anyone give me the names of the mods that let you have more than two rings (know there is one just cant remember the name.) and the mod that stil gives you 100% magic effectiveness even if only wearing bits of light armour. cheers

Thanks, but what I mean is when I enchanted a weapon with fire it would show fire on the sword or with lightning it would have lighting effects instead of the shiny red glow etc.

My choice mod for chargeable items. Basically, charges will restore over time for your equipped weapon based on a number of customizable factors. Compatibility shouldn't be an issue.

I found the mod I was looking for. It was Visually Enchanted. Now I am looking for a mod that will make corpses dissapear in time etc. Basically if I kill someone I want their corpse to disappear after awhile and not stay there forever.

What was that mod that changes how the DLC and SI quests start? The one where each quest is triggered by something (i remember that the orrery was triggered by necromancers moon ending)
