Looking for two mods.

The best mod for making all NPCs essential. Preferably not spell based.
A mod that makes all NPCs bodies never disappear after they die. (Not sure if there is a way to change this in Oblivion.ini)

I'm sorry, but wouldn't this be a recipe for disaster? I may not be thinking clearly. For example: Your character is sneaking around in Anvil castle and is caught, refusing to yield. This spills to the main floor where the Countess of Anvil joins the fray along with her advisor. Soon everyone has lowered disposition to everyone and they fight until knocked unconscious, only to get up later and fight more until knocked unconscious. This Anvil Jihad will never end because everyone is essential but disposition is dropping through the floor each time!

Are there even 1 mod that adds a skill tree like Diablo? Or maybe perks, feats, abilities anything that lets me pick new powers when lvling?!

Her armor looks like Dark Seducer armor from Shivering Isles(or modified one).

Can someone possibly tell me if there are any mods that allow the player to hire companions like Mercenaries. Not just companions who follow you all the time, but ones you have to actually pay for.

Also are there any mods that allow the player to take over the house of someone he kills. So the bed and all the containers and stuff can be used by the player.

Companion Share Recruit + Faction Recruitment allows you to hire and order around your from the Mages and Fighter's guilds. There might be mods that are more specific to your question though.

There are none of things you ask for made for Oblivion because many would complain that it doesn't fit the spirit of the game. I know this because I've scoured PES, TesNexus, OblivionRealEstate, etc, for modern house items and came up negative on a full set of anything. Your best chance would be to contact the author of this modder's resource for Fallout 3...

Thinking about Hollywood movies has led me to ask: If you were slashed by a 100 folded katana that was made only to mutilate, crushed by a cruel mace, chopped by the heavy edge of a hand axe, wouldn't you freeze in agony the moment it struck?

1. Is there a mod that causes anyone and everyone to stagger or cringe in pain after impact of any weapon higher than a dagger? Does / will Deadly Reflex do this? Or has this been asked before and a mod now exists to fulfill this request? I wonder if I can do it with OBSE 18. It would render Agility useful only for Marksman, but still...

2. In the same situation as described above is there a mod that causes the first person camera to shake, visually emulating the impact of the weapon on the player?

EDIT:
The reason I ask is because I ( and everyone else has ) have grown too apt at dodging, blocking, and retreating to heal only to come back as if never struck down.

Hi all,

Just a quick query. I'm looking for a circus wagon that I saw in a mod recently. It was quite a high-quality model and I'm hoping to use it for a mod. It's not the one TOYB made for High Rock. It's a different one and I think it may have been packaged in with a house mod or something...possibly by one of the guys at ORE like Meo, for instance...
