And I had a question. Does anyone know of a mod that makes dungeons have more more loot lying around out in the open like in Morrowind?

I'm looking for mod that removes loading screens - i want black loading screens with only loading bar on them.

I had been hoping that someone else would find this kind of mod, since I also wanted it myself. It turns out that Supreme Magicka has this, and you can adjust it in the ini file.

Is there a mod that lets you drink water from rivers and so on and gain health from it like you can in Fallout 3?

Looking for some sort of mod that makes Attributes actually influence skills or have some sort of effect on them. As it is, having a skill under attribute X or Y makes no difference most of the time.

Looking for two different things.

Secondly, I don't know that it exists for certain, but I'm reasonably sure. The majority of custom hair from both Dragon Age and Fallout 3 got started in Oblivion, as far as I know anyways. Here are pictures of my Dragon Age character. I am wondering if the hair she is using exists as an Oblivion mod. I have looked, without success, but my search fu is weak, and I'm almost positive it has to be somewhere. Could be wrong I guess

Don't know, but I think I saw similar hair from one of idkrrr's races(Saram or Sulhwa, perhaps).

I'm trying to find a mod I had a while back that got lost when I swapped computers. It delayed the activation of the DLC quests so that new characters didn't get messagebox-spammed, and also adjusted the quests to have various starting points rather than just being auto-added to your quest list.
