Mod Detectives 118

Post » Wed May 11, 2011 7:38 pm

There's http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25204 as well. I tried it a bit but changing the huge number of options can only be done outside the game and it's extremely time-consuming. I just use LAME's option.

Guessing you mean http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24167. :foodndrink:

Nope.... Mod I'm looking for adds a falling wizard to the Market District. It isn't Tarhiel..... Pretty sure it's a female, Altmer, and her name starts with an 'A'.... Also pretty sure it's part of a larger mod.

Thanks for the effort anyway though, dude.

Cheers.

That does look like what I need, thanks. I should use PES more.

I just use LAME's option.

LAME's Detect Life shader works as a standalone as well, e.g. it isn't dependent on LAME.

is it a spell or does it also work with armor that adds detect life?

It just replaces the visuals, everything else is exactly the same.

Yeah I just tried it out. It's better, Now I can tell what animal I'm seeing in the distance instead of a big pink blob. It's still a little bright for me but it's better then vanilla.

Is there a mod for Oblivion that allows you to use more than 2G RAM? In FO3, someone made a RAM_boost mod that let you crank your game up based on your machine as opposed to the software's imposed limits.

I went back to the nexus and saw that I had typo'd my search. Once you said it existed I found it!

ah I've never used that before. I wonder if it would help me out and let me play longer then an hour before I crash.

Does anyone have a copy of Barabus' "Beast Race Skulls"? I can't seem to find one anywhere.

Well, its not from Barabus, but Dominick made a modder's resource of http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26645.

This is my favorite life detection mod - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25204. Mostly a replacer with massive amount of choices.

Can be merged into Bashed patch has fancy BAIN installation packaging.

[edit] OH already mentioned - nevermind. Sorry didn't read the whole page.

That's the one I was going to recommend. The semi-xray vision is a little annoying, but I like it better than any sort of mist/flame effect that most LD shaders seem to use.

I'm looking for a horse mod that makes them canter faster. Not plod like they do now. I know I can make them gallop, but for basic travel, I was looking for something that would make them move faster than I could walk. I did find a mod, but I did not like the way they made the horse work. It was like shifting gears on a car. Just looking for a canter and gallop type mod. Or, could I just edit the horse in CS to move faster. Don't want to try that if at all possible.

Thanks,
Raed
