Thank you, looks great.

I just thought of another thing I wanted which I'm sure has been asked about before.

Grappling. The ability to grab your opponent. Have you ever been fighting on a narrow bridge without railings and thought, wow if only I could just grab this guy and chuck him off, or kick him, or something. Is that incorperated into PiiP Enhanced Grabbing?

PiiP allows you to slap an opponent, but not really grab him. You can grab a woman, but expect to be slapped :hubbahubba:
Deadly reflex and UV have options where you can kick an opponent, but I haven't used UV before, and am waiting for DR6 at the mo.

Can only find version one of Ampol's textures.

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=5794

Thanks for looking... Guess I will attempt to PM AmpolX in hopes that he still comes by this site every so often.

If anyone else has info on where to get ATP texture pack v2.0 or 3.0, I would be happy to share some rare files I have stored from many years of downloads for Oblivion.

thanks

Ok here are a few for you they seem to look like the same style of appearance
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3529

Just want to update and say thanks for finding this one. It's exactly what I was looking for. It works great 99% of the time. I've just had a few issues where it can't pick up a couple characters during a large fight. They'll light up as they're dying. And like somebody else said the weird semi skeleton look is annoying but I don't use it when I'm in a city talking to people.

Yoyoyo.

What are some of the best Sword and armor mods out there? I'm looking for swords that are detailed, pretty, and most of all, realistic, with not too much fantasy spikes and doodley-bits plastered on it.

Same with armor, and high-class armor that is sharp, nice to look at, and not overly silly?

OK so the game has a take all button so you can take all the inventory from somebody you killed. But does anybody know if there is a place all mod out there so I can unload my inventory fast instead of clicking about a million times when I have a large amount of things I'm carrying?

You could try http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9835 by Wolfhound. I used this in my last play-through and it was mostly very good. There was one function which caused a CTD consistently for me but I just avoided it. It was probably something unique to my install since I couldn't find any mention of this problem by others.

That looks great. That's even more then what I was looking for. I'll have to try it out. May I ask what was causing you problems? That way I can check out myself to see if I get problems.

I think it was setting up 'standard kit'. I generally travel light so putting the few extra things in a container before dumping my loot was not the nuisance it might have been.

:( that was the thing that interested me the most. When I get a chance tonight I'll try it out and see what happens.

Somebody mentioned http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22414 in another thread. I'll have to try it out and see if I can get these two to work together. It would make my initial sorting of my huge inventory easier if they do work together.

I looked at that as an alternative to Speedy Depositing. It's great but I didn't like the weightlessness of the bags whereas http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25012 although lacking sorting do add to encumbrance if desired.

I'm not worried about the bags being weightless. But if those two work together that will be awesome since I'll still be able to carry everything with me.

NOPE they won't work together. Refscope says the bags dropped by automagic bags are white what ever that means. So I had to resort to sorting all the things that won't sort automatically by hand. I'm all most done.

I reinstalled Speedy Deposit the other night to have a play. The good news: no CTD when setting up standard kit. The bad news: my entire inventory disappeared into the ether. So still some conflict for me

I had this mod long ago, but forgot the name and must be searching wrong. IT was a mod that changed the temporary bonuses from the Ayleid Wells into a small, permanent bonus, with a larger bonus if you activated them all, IIRC.

@tatts: It might be if I was actually playing. Currently I'm finalising my load order, working on a few personal mods and waiting for UV2. Plus I've ordered FO3 GOTY which means Oblivion may take a back seat for a month or three :)

I remember reading about a mod that changed the faces of all characters to a low-poly version when far away and the higher poly version when close/talking.
It didn't work properly when I read about it (a few years ago). But I'm thinking about getting back to Oblivion and it would be nice to have.

This made it possible to have lots more characters on screen since the polygons wasn't wasted on faces you didn't even see.

What ever happened to that mod? Does it work?

I'll have to try that out. I don't remember if the vanilla game marked the wells on your map or not. But I do know I have a mod that adds everything I find to my map including wells. So it should be pretty easy for me to find all of them.

Aye, I have the same mod, and the permanent bonus I find is a lot more useful than a temporary bonus. Thanks wetblanket, I had forgotten to search PES!

yeah I use the mod mainly because when I go to play KoTN it will be a lot easier to find all the shrines.

I'm looking for a mod that allows You to drop lit torches. I know there are lots of them, but it would be nice to have some recommendation from someone who uses them.
