YES...that seems to be the one. Thank you very much Greenwarden. :celebration:

And Fable2...see Greenwardens link. :D

Welcome. :)

In response to Immortal-D's search for casting animation replacers: I am fond of http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21475 by Resona, and it includes some options for casting that are pretty subdued and believable in comparison to other animation replacers I've tried.

I'm having a heck of a time trying to find some decent thief-themed clothes/outfits. Looking for something suitable for a *male* thief. I also don't use any body mods/replacers, so that may be limiting my options here...

Thanks, Fable2

Yeah, I came across that but was scared away by the comments; people were saying there were problems or they couldn't get it to work. Well, that's probably always going to happen with a few people, so maybe I shouldn't let it influence me too much.

But I was always looking more just for unenchanted clothing, not necessarily armor (need to keep the spell effectiveness up!).

If checking comments on TES and PES you quickly will notice that there always are people who have issues and "can't get the mod to work" but it's almost always caused by user side errors. Basically, you have to disregard loads of comments. If all of those were true there wouldn't be many mods that actually worked...

I'm looking for a mod where npc's take falling damage when in ragdoll mode and don't revert back to their starting position when thrown off cliffs etc.

For example i'm using the force push spell (Midas) to throw enemies off cliffs but they just re appear in front of me! Where's the fun in that?

If anyone finds a mod which fixes this blasphemy I will be in your debt.

This thread is your friend: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1093197-running4covers-list-of-stealth-mods-2nd-thread/

Also, Arkngt makes a good point. A lot of the errors with mods is user error.

I've done a bit of searching around but to no avail, but is there a Better Benirus Manor / Better Cities compatibility patch available?

The reason I ask is because I'm getting a land tear just behind the Gold Horse Courier, which when checking FormID Finder, flags up as being the property of Better Benirus Manor

Just use the "interior only" version of Better Benirus.

yeah, that's what I have done, I just wasn't too sure if there was a patch for the complete version.

Anyway, I think Zaldiir is going to be working on a patch for Gold Horse Courier Service so that it will work with the complete version of ABBM :)

I'm working on a mod for a pair of companions and could use a good example to learn from. Are there any companion mods out there that specifically handle two characters and have them interact with each other?

I'm aware of Vilja and her recognition of other companions, but that appears to be a one-sided example - Vilja's dialogs and AI adjust to the presence of other mods, but those mods aren't modified to change the other party. If I'm wrong about that, let me know.

I've seen a number that provide more than one companion, but don't appear to add any interaction between them. No cooperation, no rivalry, they're just both/all there.

You might want to write Emma, Vilja's creator, directly. What you propose I've been given to understand is hard to do, and most modders who create more than one companion mod simply use the standard CM template with no dialog additions.

Or write Sulteric Drums. He's the only modder that I can think of who has two companions with a lot of personality, Viconia and Stoker Wolff. But he's not active in Oblivion modding, any longer, and I suspect he's never investigated this.

Best of luck, in any case. I think it's a great idea.

In this video when he talks to someone it shows their full body instead of just the face. What mod is this?

Thanks :)

That does not need to be a mod. If you wish to stop the camera from zooming in then you can use this method..Open the Oblivion.ini file (probably in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion) find the [Interface] section and look for this line

fDlgFocus=2.1000

and just change that to 6 for instance.(looks the best in my opinion. :) )

fDlgFocus=6

This setting will stop the camera zooming in so close when you enter dialogue. :)

Hey guys! :D I'm looking for the outfit that the character in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/30707-3-1269705168.jpg is wearing. Does anyone know what it is?

I found it in the author images for the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30707 race.

EDIT: Never mind. :( I've discovered that it's an unreleased mod.

Is anybody aware of a mod that patches Open Cities Classic with Armory Lab? OCC causes the portals to be non-functional or non-existant :brokencomputer: The only patch available relies on an outdated version of Armory Lab, and in any case is just for Open Cities Reborn. I really don't want to choose between these 2 great mods :(

Try Tamriel Travelers. Created by corepc, so you know its going to work with FCOM.

I'm looking for a mod that changes the game's handling of stolen items so that the stolen flag is not set unless the item stolen is unique (ie. only one of it in the game). Alternatively, unique items get the flag set, but rare items also get the flag set when selling to a merchant near to where it was stolen from (or near where its owner resides, or some feasible system), the idea being that a merchant in Anvil won't be able to recognise a warhammer stolen in Bravil, but a Bravil merchant might be able to say 'hang on, isn't that ____'s warhammer?'. Carrying around a stolen paintbrush makes the current system a bit silly - how does this one paintbrush stand out from the hundreds of others throughout the game?

Anyone know of a suitable replacement for RBP, I like the added eyes and hair as well as its changes to birthsigns and racials but I want something liter without all the changes to the npcs of the game as without the races. It also must be fcom compatible. Or if RBP has an installation setup that does what I'm looking for that works too

Cobl's Cobl Races, TNR, and TNR SI might do the trick

Aesthetic changes to NPC's are optional with RBP as are new NPC races appearing in the game.

This is correct. The enclosed notes for RBP aren't always that clear, and sometimes make it seem that some optional components are in fact required. Great system, though.
