Sorry for highjacking this thread, but is there any mod that removes the cliffracers from Vvardenfall? Just started a new game and beasts getting a real pita ya know. Any help is greatly appreciated!!! ;)

I don't know about removal, but passive healthy creatures seems to help with them. At least, I've noticed fewer attacks from cliff racers after using the mod.

There are a bunch. Go to http://search2.yacoby.net/, enter cliffracers and take your pick.

I'm looking for any texture pack that utilizes the new mcp bump/reflection maps. I can't find any anywhere.\

edit: I just want the bump/reflection maps for the original armor/weapons.

edit2: Now that I think about it, this probably hasn't been done yet. All the armor textures would have to have been redone, since the old ones have baked in specular highlights. That just wouldn't look right.

Some armors (adamantium, daedric, glass and indoril's armors) with reflection and bump maps by AOF => http://www.mediafire.com/?57jwu8x9xlbla6d
You can use theses with the armor's textures pack of Darknut or any other textures packs ;)

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=3046 has claw-like weapons. (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/Image.php?id=13599)
I think some are set as off-hand weapons. If not, it only takes a second make them in the CS.

Not really what the thread's designed for, but hey ho: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=6589, I don't think it has the offhand version though and I'm not sure where they're originally from. http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/images/mods/6589/1211904494_fullres.jpg.

I'm looking for a mod that lets me cast spells with a staff in my hand? I still want the cast animation and just want the staff to be kinda like an ornament, for "looks" in my hands while I'm casting. Is there any mod like this? Kinda like in Assassins Armory for offhand weapons, same sorta thing except doesn't do anything.

Thanks for any help, appreciated!

What about Fliggerty's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5005? It allows you to cast spells while your weapon is drawn. I can't say I've used it with my current build, but he does make good mods.

I'm currently using Fliggerty's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7701, and plan to give http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8708 a try in my next game.

I've been trying to find a mod called Secrets of Vvardenfell for a while. It adds a lot of minor things to the landscape in various places akin to how Bethesda hid stuff on the Bitter Coast originally. I had my HD crash on me a few years ago and I lost it.

I've been looking around and can't seem to find a set of textures I swore existed.... Darknut's Mournhold Textures. I love the look of the original textures, but would like a higher resolution version if possible. Am I imagining this one? Yacoby's ES Search didn't come up with anything unless I missed it, but I really thought this existed.

Anyone want to set me straight?

I know mournhold expanded has a card game, but are there any other mods that add a card game of any kind? Also what card game/s are in mournhold expanded?

There was a mod that added turtles. The name was something like "Turtle Mod Expanded". The only link I could find anywhere went to that history of modding site, and nothing I did--even as far as changing browser settings in about:config and turning off safety-related plugins--would cause that site to let me download from it.

In fact, I'd be into any mods that involve turtles.

Not that I recall.

Closest might be Zappara's Temperature Plugin:

Temperature values normally are between -45 and +45 celsius degrees.
Water temperatures are between 1 and 100 Celsius degrees.
Lava temperatures can go above 900 Celsius degrees. Walking near lava
is highly lethal!
There are no long-term temperature effects like
hypothermia but the temperature effects are balanced so that you
can get killed if you stay too long in the cold/hot.

That's exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately. I need to do a better job with my google searching, I spent an hour working on a mod that does something similar to this. It's hard to come up with an original idea.

Thanks for the info.
