Mod Detectives XXVII, Tracking down hard to find mods

I know which robe you're referring to. It's specifically the White Mage robe from Final Fantasy XI.

I have seen that robe in Oblivion screen shots (on a catgirl, no less), but I have never seen it in a Morrowind screen shot. It may not exist for Morrowind.

I've seen the hood. in a moggle mod. so the robe has to be around somewhere.

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=676 gives schedules to NPCs, and http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1095 increases NPCs combat AI. It causes them to sneak in combat, jump, etc. I hope these are helpful.

I also am in search of a mod. Before I reinstalled my game, I had a silt strider texture replacer. I thought it was by Darknut, but I can't seem to find one by him. I have looked at replacers by Alan, Psymoniser, and Misty Moon, but none are to my liking. If anyone knows of any others, I would like to know.

I feel I should warn that the NPCs in living cities of Vvardenfell teleport from place to place for their schedule, something not very well documented. I had to uninstall it as I didn't fancy NPCS performing disappearing acts in front of me that, plus the in-game dialogue contradicts with the NPCS location, for example say a guy's supposed to be in a pub but he isn't at the moment, I can live with that, even makes it more realistic as finding people isn't that easy in RL. However the thing is that everyone in there is telling me he's right by the bar!! Too immersion breaking for me, these two, but if you can live with them then its brilliant.

NPC enhanced isn't very well documented either, but it sounds promising, does it improve the NPC pathing, ie. you mention jumping, does that mean they can jump over obstacles and chasms? If so that is well impressive, even oblivion characters can't jump as I remember.

They can in Deadly Reflex.

What do you lot reckon is the best mod that adds sailing in real time? I know there are many but it isn't painfully obvious this kind of mod.

ok, since this thread is starting to turn into a "mod psychics" thread (though how could you blame it? the morrowind section doesn't even HAVE a mod psychics thread) I have something alittle more specific:

WizBang's Exquisite Robes II.

Hi everyone.
A long time ago I remember seeing a mod for a new city, all I remember about it was it didnt require bloodmoon or tribunal, (Which I remembering thinking odd for some reason), and it was a BIG city. I dont know how many buildings but it was a lot more than Ebonheart, ill tell you that!
Anyways, if anyone finds it, or something matching that description, I would be very thankful.

Do you remember where the city was in the world?

Take a look at http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=945876&hl=WizBang&st=160, post #175, page 9. I'm getting a rather wierd Java error with the download link, but it may work for you; if it doesn't, Ronin49 probably still has it or can send you another link.

All I remember was it was on an Island, or some new body mass not Vardenfell.

I know I'm not crazy, but I could have sworn there was a working, real time, Dwemer airship for Morrowind.

This is quite vague. There are many mods that do this. Did it have quests? What style of architecture? South,East,West of Vvardenfell?

Perhaps try looking through the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.List&category_select_id=23 at PES.

Is there any like..... pipe and tobacco mods? you know... in all fantasy books and more, everyone relaxes too a nice ale and their pipe.

I'm doing an intense RP now that everything works with my morrowind, and this would work just.... perfectly. :) It would be cool if a mod existed where you could buy pipes, tobacco, and then their was an animation for smoking it... but maybe i'm hoping for too much here.

"This mod adds a smokeable pipe and pipeweed into Morrowind.. . . Go to the Balmora Mage's guild, then downstairs and talk to Radagast about Smokeable Pipes. You can buy the pipe, and the neccesary pipeweed from him. Simply Equip the pipe and go out of combat mode, with some pipeweed in your inventory and your mind should clear, and weariness vanish."

or OrlopRat had made one. You can try pming to see if he still is handing it out.

I don't suppose Slof's Goth Shop is still available anywhere? I'm not quite sure what drama took place, but I really want a top hat. If not, any other mods that offer similar, or hats in general (other than Wizard's Hats)?

That sounds like Slof's Goth Shop to me. Are you looking for it, or replying to the person above you?
Edit: I should have said, Slof's Goth Shop 2.

Slof removed all of her Goth Shop mods from public download and does not want them reuploaded, last I knew. I'm not too sure on whether it's all right to pass them via email, but since they are huge, that's quite difficult. Sorry for the bad news. :(

Yeah, it's too bad... the people who like her work now suffer its absence, while the trolls get what they want and aren't missing out, since they (obviously) didn't care for her mods to begin with.

Vality's Grass Mod? Please? Website is down and I have good system to run this. This is essential for my druid. Sorry if I am repetitive. I have all of the other mods of his ( at least updated anyhow ) but this is missing. Thank you in advance.

I'd like to know if there's any full list of buildings (houses, taverns, dens, caves, barrows, etc), placed in Solstheim. Thx!
