Okay so I thought windowed mode would work but I dont see any way to actually drop it down. If I use task manager or sticky keys it will eventually freeze up or sometimes its crashes. Oblivion on always crashes when I exit. I didnt know if there was some type of mod to let you multitask while playing oblivion. I have searched with no luck.
