Sorry, bad title, ran out of room.

I'm wondering if there is a mod that adds items (that can be broken down then enchanted to a different item) that increase destruction damage, much like the items that increase one-handed, two-handed, archery, etc.

So at low levels (either character level or enchanting level) there might only be an 8% or so gain, but as a master enchanter a 40% (IIRC that's the max with no buffs for weapon effecting enchants) gain.

I guess what I'm looking for since I seem to be making a mess of this post is an enchant that acts just like Fortify One-Handed. "Fortify One-Handed can be enchanted into armor if the enchantment has been learned. The effect increases the One-handed Skill." But one for destruction.

I've looked around for awhile and I just keep coming up complete overhauls that change spells and perks which is something I'm not interested in doing. I'm just looking for a way to give destruction a slight buff damage wise.
