First of all sorry about the poor choice of wording for the title but I really couldn't think of a better way to phrase this topic.

But to the point:

Is there a mod currently out there that lets you send adopted children to a custom home (Example: The Leveler's Tower or the Soul Forge or the Asteria?) And lets them wander around it freely (even in areas seperated by rooms, example again the SF or Levelers Tower which is split off into several rooms IE a bedroom a garden a crafting area, etc.

If you mean a global solution then no non that I know of. To be recognized as suitable for moving in each custom house has to be edited to have HF dependency and has references added to support Adopted Children. Not only that but also add many dialogue lines.

I've been attempting to add these features to Dragonborn's Severin Manor. making the dialogue for it is not easy
