I was just wondering if there is a Mod out there that allows you to continue gaining levels past Level 30. Even if all the perks ended up getting chosen via this method, it would still be good for gaining more HP. I know this would make the character even more overpowered, and I don't want to use it on the playthrough I am about to embark on, but I would like to try it out some time in the future.

That's something that would be very easy to do yourself using the GECK. Just go into Gameplay/Settings and look for a line called "iMaxCharacterLevel" I'm not sure of there's a hardcoded limit or not, but you should at least be able to increase it to 50, as that the max level for New Vegas.

A word of warning though, fiddling with the GECK can be highly addictive. Once you start, there's no telling when you'll be able to stop. I've been at for years now and I still can't bring myself to say "That's it, no more! I'm just going to play the game damnit!" Every time I think I've run out of ideas, something new pops into my head, and there's always something new to learn about it.
