I played F3 with a high damage multiplayer. It was pure adrenaline and I want to play FNV that way. The problem is: in F3, FWE mod removed those reputation encounters. In FNV, damage multipliers seem not to afect legion assassins when they respawn from anywere, and they can kill you with 2 shots (you need 2 clips for kill one of them).

Is there a mod that removes those encounters?
