Does anyone know of a mod to make things like Cat Eye Buffout and Mentats less common but give them multiple doses?

Jet, Psycho, Hydra, Turbo and Med-X are a single dose of the drug, but Mentats are a tin of mint and Buffout and Cateye are bottles of pills, you don't eat all the mints of pop an entire bottle of pills, do you?

I'd also like a mod that show you actualy using/eating/reading your items, eg: get you see yourself inject a dose if Med-x or Psycho or Slasher into your arm, uncap a soda and drink it down, you know stuff like that.
