How do you add/install a mod? How do you disable/uninstall a mod? or How do you make a mod?

well hopefully you used something like nexus mod manager to install the mod and you can also uninstall it the same way.

Well, you hold it about chest high and...oh, right. Yeah, what Malthian said. Note that if you're talking about removing a mod from your game and it's a script heavy mod, you'll more than likely run into issues because the scripts will still be running. If it's just a texture replacer or has no scripts, you should be fine. You might need to restart after you uninstall the mod just to be sure.
