Mod Idea: Ordinator Behavior when you are declared Nerevarin

I've always found it curious that when you're declared Nerevarine, you're the biggest heretic on Vvardenfell. Yet, from the time you're declared Nerevarine up until the time you meet with Vivec, the Ordinators never turn hostile, try to arrest you for heresy, or anything. This makes no sense given 1) the warnings the Urishikulu give you, 2) the bulletin declaring you a heretic and an imperial spy, and 3) the warnings Dansulo Indules gives you when you try to get into the Temple to talk with Saryoni. Although I can picture the Redoran (who also think you're a heretic) exercising some degree of restraint and not attacking you, the ordinators are fanatical, and would definitely seek to arrest or kill the Nerevarine, unless ordered to do otherwise by Vivec or if calmed down somehow.

Is there a way to design a script that makes ordinators hostile to you in between 1) when you're declared Nerevarine and 2) when you meet with Vivec, that at the same time will not activate if you've done the House Hlaalu "Control the Ordinators" quest??

They do turn hostile if your reputation with the Temple is low enough. Becoming Nerevarine modifies the Temple faction's reaction to you by -4 unless you're a member - but if your reputation with them is already high, e.g. due to belonging to one of their 'friendly' factions, they may still not attack you. Same with House Redoran.
