so i just finished building my first gaming rig and im currently modding fallout 3 and i want to get rid of the awful short cell loading and idk if there are mods for this but i heard of an ini tweak to change the ugridstoload=5 to 7,9,11 etc and was wondering if that was my only option and how i go about doing that.
