Mod memory limit how to check

Post » Thu Apr 14, 2016 3:43 am

Hello! :) Not sure if this is where i should post my question but :

i am having 90 mods in Skyrim and i want to add more, but i dont really know how to check the memory limit capacity on my laptop because many mods i've downloaded take a lot of memory..is there any way to check it somewhere so i will know if i am close to the limit?

(My game runs about 40-60 FPS and it is generally stable )

Not sure if all my specs are written here since i am not familiar with computers so im sorry if it is not that clear

Thank you :)

Many mods shouldn't use up that much memory. The high texture resolution mods, graphic mods, overhaul mods, enb series will be the most memory intensive.

IMO, what matters more is frame rate and stability. If you are getting decent frame rates and the game is stable there is no reason not to add more.

You can check that everytime you add mods and run Skyrim through Skyrim Performance Monitor.

you can also use MSI Afterburner app it has an overlay feature which can display necessary information currently in use while gaming like RAM, VRAM, CPU Speeds, GPU Speeds, Temperature of CPU and GPU and it works with each n every game.
