I did find some sort of answer to this, but it left me feeling a little confused - basically, I've been using NMM for a while, and all my mods are on it. I was under the impression that you had to "move" all your mods over to the MO... but when I downloaded MO... all my mods were there in the right toolbar? Is that it? Are they in the MO? Do I still need to uninstall them from NMM?

And for mods that include scripting and such - will it reset those things? Will house mods lose all the stuff I've put in them if I do this? Will Settings in Convenient Horses change?

This is just leaving me confused, and I'm beginning to regret getting the MO in the first place.
