Theres a new weather mod i would like to try but im getting a ctd if i uncheck COT and try installing the new mod

Ive checked gophers tutorials along with step and other vids. Mod organizer works great but how do i go about taking the weather mod for a spin on an existing playthrough? Mod author seems to indicate that if switching that should be no problem

Its funny but ive gotten good at loading mods and cleaning mods and getting mo to include tesedit etc but it doesnt play nice for me when try uncheck certain mods for comparisons

Obvious question maybe, but are you trying to load a save game that is in an interior or exterior cell? Make sure you're following the posted uninstall method for the 1st weather mod and also trying a save in an interior you're sure won't have any weather effects active as trying to load a save in an outside cell with a weather mod it thinks should be present that no longer is sounds like a recipe for disaster.
