I've been working with Mod Organizer, creating a load order based on STEP 2.2.7. No problems, until I got near the end of the list (around the "L" batch of mods). Mods that I loaded seemingly OK, suddenly disappeared (folders in the left pane and ESPs in the right pane). When I tried to reinstall them, MO said the mods already existed and sure enough, I found them in the MO/mods sub-directory. The directories looked like they were in the proper format (I did a lot a re-ordering by hand until the screen said "Looks good"), but the ESPs don't load (they don't appear in the right hand pane). Pretty sure about ths because one of the Sounds of Skyrim mods went AWOL, and when I loaded my game only 2 of the Sounds of Skyrim came up with customization options, but I installed all 3 mods.

Has anyone run into this before? Should I delete the sub-folders of the mods that aren't showing up and re-enter them? Do I need to reinstall MO?
