Fresh install. Legendary edition. Followed gophers tutorials. Mod Organizer and SKSE works fine. SKyUI installed and that works too.

But I can't get Frostfall, Realistic water two and a bunch of other mods to work.

So in this example Enhanced Camera, Dodge mod and Alternale Start all works but Frostfall and a bunch of others does not. How come?

How can I troubleshoot this?
