Not really.
The subject's been done to death in the modding forum, so briefly: people who play the game enjoy different things. No two of 'em have the same tastes, which means the 50 mods that A likes won't please B through Z. (There are literally over 20,000 mods out there.) Once you've got a compilation going, you then have to deal with issues involving later iterations of these same mods--and mods, many of them, get updated regularly. Then there are problems with making something that works with different operating systems, RAM, video cards, CPUs, etc.
Your best bet is to check out the advanced search at TES Nexus. Look at the category types, then randomly scan down the list and see a few sound like. Our check out the Top 100 list there, though that only represents what the most people have downloaded. Then ask in the modding forum here for the best suggestions in a specific area of mods, so people don't think you want them to write for pages.
And good luck!
