Mod to Pay Off Fines : IV

I'm looking for a mod that will let me pay off my bounty without joining the thieves guild. If someone could point me to one that would be great.

Well I've been searching but haven't come across anything yet. All I really need is a person in each town that can pay off my fines but feel free to take your time if you want to make it for me, I wouldn't want to cause a delay in the next version of Immersive Interiors.

Try http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23411 It doesn't allow you to "pay" your fines, but it does provide a spell that will remove them.
