Is there anything that's a bit like MOBS but can also effect weapons added by mods, I did find http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3948 (N's Balanced Weaponry) but I don't think it adds a 'blanket' type overhaul balance.

I'm currently in the process of reinstalling Oblivion and trying to get all the mods set up for it. I've found most that I was looking for, but I can't find mods that make the game look better. I keep running into sites/links from 2006 everywhere I look, it's all either outdated or just gone. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I want something that makes characters(PC and NPCs) look better, but that search only lead me to psychodogstudios.com which was unresponsive and most posts 2 years ago it seems. And I know there should be mods for increasing the texture resolutions and increasing how far you can see things(LOD), seeing the pixel mess when you look into the distance is not nice.. So, anyone?
