Say, is there a mod that fills the autosave function of Streamline 3.1 without the rest of the package? Maybe one without the esp, even?


Kuertee's http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22136? You can disable the timescale setting aspect of it (although I use it). I've been using it to automatically save every 10 minutes and after every fight longer than 20 seconds. Works great!

Is there a mod that stops rain from falling through objects? like the roof that you stand under outside the mages guild, or the archways in the IC Market district?

That would have been perfect! Except the CTD issues everyone is having including me, so I guess I will have to wait until it is fixed.

oblivionsrealestate.com has a ton of resources for house modders, just click the resource button on the home page, then just click the room or set of resources you want to look into.

Any mod that gives same abilities to enemies that you get as player ? Fearsome Magicka says to have the skills for enemies and player, so cant wait for that one to come out

Are there any mods that make the original Knights more hardy (I.E. don't die right off the bat) without just making them essential? Also I'm looking for something that Diversifies the knights with custom armors and more specific roles (IE DPS, Tank, Healer, Ranged, etc)

I'm looking for a mod I used to have, but I can't remember the name.

It added a building in the Weye area, just outside of the Imperial City.

The building had two 'halves' to it. On one side was a weapons dealer, on the other was an armor dealer. It had every weapon and armor type including some custom ones.

Anyone have any idea what it was? I looked through every single entry in the mercantile section of the Nexus and couldn't find anything that looked like it.

I've got a mod going--but I don't know which one it is...! It puts a book entitled "Progress" in my character's inventory, but it's malfunctioning: no text appears on the pages, but instead, it's stripped along the top of the screen, and tells me nothing ever changes. (And no, it's not the mod named Progress.) So...I'd like to know what this mod is, and then I'll be able to either fix, or disable it.

Install the FormID Finder and you can use it to check what mod any actor, spell, or object comes from.

This doesn't sound right. There's no "teleport room" in vanilla Oblivion that I know of. Are you thinking of a guild guide system, like in Morrowind? There are a few mods that add such things to Oblivion, too, but I don't know if any of them add a room for it. Or do you mean something else?

This is a specific room in each mage guild, with a teleportal mage, bed, "portal disc" that isn't really used, clutter, etc. Interesting: I wonder which mod I'm using could have caused that? It's been so long since I put some of this stuff in place...

LAME: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20371. Nice replacement effects on several spells and enchantments. That's only a part of what it does, however.

Ok, I may be wrong here, but in the description for both of these mods, it sounds like
this gives actors torches rather than removes them. I'm looking for something that
removes torches or substitutes flame torches with a less FPS intensive solution.

The only way to stop them from temporarily lighting the torch during daytime is to take the torch away completely.

Create a spell and attach a magic script like this:

SCN SpellNoTorchesBegin ScriptEffectStart	If ( IsActor == 1 ) && ( GetDead == 0 ) && ( GetDisabled == 0  ) && ( GetInFaction PlayerFaction == 0 )		If ( GetItemCount Torch02 > 0 )			RemoveItem Torch02 1		EndIf	EndIfEnd


Name the spell appropriately and give it to yourself via quest or some other method and then you can cast it on anyone to decrease their torch02 count by 1 permanently.

player.addspell [NameOfSpell]


You cannot do this in console unless you know the load order position of the mod. So add it with a quest that completes on stage 0.

What mods add portal rooms to the various mage guilds, with mages that provide instant transport between those guilds?

EDIT: Found: Cyrodil Transportation Network. It's also kinda buggy.

Wow, for the longest time I thought the thread was "MOD Physics." guess i need to get my eyes checked.



Anyways, I was wondering if any has found a mod that adds a Talking-mudcrab/mudcrab-merchant to Oblivion (like morrowind had.) If one doesn't exist, I figure I would make it myself if it's not too complicated. Googled a bunch and searched these forums and couldn't find anything.
