It has a ton of info, folks. The perfect place to send a new-comer. :)

Unless the newcomer is a Swedish redhead, in which the perfect place to send her is to my bedroom >.>

Added a link/explanation for the "Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds & Graphics" in the graphics section.
It's popular, stable and very handy for new players.

By the by, Pluto... is Telesphoros' list still relevant? I get the feeling that it hasn't been updated in years.

It's a little outdated, but still easy to find lots of good mods and well compiled.

Agreed, it includes some very cool mods that doesn't appear in other lists, and it's still pretty valid. :)

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a simple (preferably well-tested and not buggy) mod that does nothing but remove the attribute and skill caps. I was hoping that the Morrowind Code Patch could do that, but apparently not.

I believe Madd Leveler has an optional plug-in that does just that. I've only used the basic part but this is an old, well sorted mod.

I looked at that, but from what I can tell, all of the optional plugins require the base plugin to be enabled, which makes changes that I don't want.

Well, this is not really the thread to ask such questions.
You would be better starting a new thread, or at least asking in the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1159546-mod-detectives-xxi/page__view__findpost__p__17004675 if you know that this type mod already exists.

But Gluby's Guide has http://mwmythicmods.com/Gluby/Gluby_CharacterDevelopment_Mods.htm#AltLevelingSystems on Alternative Leveling systems. It's very current and thorough.

I actually took a look at that guide, and downloaded Linora's Leveling Mod and Health Fix. Linora's Leveling Mod implements its fixes without scripts, so the attribute and skill caps are still normal. I want a mod that can remove those caps without interfering with LLM. I will check out the Mod Detectives thread though.

I don't know if you know this, but I know that Fliggerty has created a new site called http://status.fliggerty.com/index.php, which is separate from the other GHF sites and there can anyone have a quick view of the hosted sites on http://www.fliggerty.com/ site. :user:
Please add that link to the OP, because this site status page has information about Morrowind Modding History as well.

Another thing I noticed in the OP is that I think you should know that http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionUtilities.Detail&id=44 on PES is almost obsolete or outdated. I also know that you can use this http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368 (Python 2.6.5) instead. :)

That's not going to help new players find mods they want, or mod suggestions, or how to use mods.
It doesn't really have anything to do with mods.

Are you sure it's outdated? It worked fine for me when I installed Mash 6 months ago.
I'll add the link though, to make sure people can find the files that are needed. Thanks. :)

The python 2.5 is consider to be outdated, but some other required files (comtypes-0.5.2.win32, psyco-1.6.win32-py25, wxPython2.8-win32-ansi-2.8.7.1-py25) could be outdated though. :)
