Why I think shrines are lacking in their current forms:
To keep it short, most of them are not worth taking except for curing diseases, especially at higher levels when +25 health does nothing.
How I'd like to see them improved:
I'd like it if shrine blessings were stronger, but still reasonable, and fitting with the deity.
Akatosh: +15% magicka regen, +15% health regen
Arkay: +25% health regen, +20% spell damage against undead
Dibella: Unchanged
Julianos: -10% spell cost for all schools
Kynareth: +20% stamina regen, +10% movement speed
Mara: +10% health regen, +10% health healed from healing spells and potions
Stendarr: +10% blocking, +10% spell damage against undead, +25 armor rating
Talos: Unchanged
Zenithar: Unchanged for lack of a better idea
Auriel: +10% bow draw speed, +10% bow damage
Nocturnal: Muffle effect, lockpicking is 10% easier
Azura: Absorb 15% of magicka(instead of resist 10%)
Boethiah: +10% one-handed damage, -10% power attack cost
Mephala: Unchanged for lack of a better idea
