Would it be possible to crate a Mod turning the game into a Turned Based RPG like Heroes of Might and Magic or King's Bounty?

I am not an expert but I think it would be possible. The rest of the models, castles, and ther world map objecst and are given.
Please make a mod based on the King's Bounty or HoMM series!

That would be GRAND!
