I think the real Crysis era (it came to an end with Crysis Wars actually, IMHO) has come to an end. You all might be disappointed (as I am in some way), but I think it's better to stop something if it doesn't work out.
There are a lot of pvssyr about Crysis 4, but I think deep down there, you all know it won't be the same. We got used to the current era of Crysis and the next one will be pointed towards a new and different type of audience, which we might won't like. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be excited, hyped or full of passion for the next installment of Crysis, but the more you want and hope from a developer, the bigger your disappointment will be. For instance, 2014's E3 arrives and Crytek announces a Crysis RTS or MMO. What will your thoughts be? I think I already know. "Why MMO/RTS? Crysis was always a shooter!"
You need to prepare that the next game, which will wear the name Crysis, could be something else, that everyone has anticipated before.
So, I'm more likely interested on how will Crytek manage F2P business. They have made it clear, that they are going to change their profile, so there won't be any other AAA titles they will be delivering, excluding the ones are already in the works, like Homefront 2 and Ryse.
