I'm looking for a mod that overhauls snow in-game, one which contains new meshes primarily. After two clean installs a Bloodmoon snowflake mesh is still missing and thus the game won't run. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

you can take the one from the disc. this is a wide-spread install bug. don't worry. you find it in the bloodmoon/meshes folder of the cd.

i don't know about any mesh replacer, but a tex replacer is out there.

^ I'd highly recommend that Snowflakes mod.

Isn't the 'snowflake' error thing something you usually get when you install the expansions in the wrong order (something with missing chunk/snowflake)? The game really shouldn't be missing the snowflake texture.

Think the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/781497-vistawindows-7-problems/page__p__11345653#entry11345653 in the Hardware & Software forum applies here.

As Dragon pointed out, this means you installed the game incorrectly.

Also, if you're on Vista/Win7 make sure you cange the install location. (info also found in the Hardware/Software section of the forum)
