I've probably said this in half the posts I've made on this forums already...but im kinda new to moding fallout. I heard that there is a mod manager, I'm curious to know what this does because I don't have it and I have been just manually installing my mods so far.

Also I would like to know how to spawn items. I know there are items on the fallout forums that have ID numbers how would i spawn one of those? And i was reading about modded items that have id's like 5x1x4839 or something like that and the x's are replaced with some slot number that you can get from the mod manager? I hope some of you experienced guys can shine some light on this topic for me! Thank you to anyone who replies.
